Gentler Streak has made its app fully compatible with iOS 18 and watchOS 11. Whether you’re personalizing your home screen or exploring the updated workout journal, these improvements are designed to seamlessly integrate with Apple’s latest software updates.
One of the key updates is the introduction of dark and tinted icons. All 24 Gentler Streak icons are now available in these new modes, letting you match the app’s look with your device’s theme. Customization is straightforward: simply long-press on the home screen, tap “Edit,” choose “Customize,” and select the icon style that best suits your Home Screen.

In addition to the icons, Gentler Streak now offers tinted widgets. This allows users to choose between their optimal “Go Gentler” suggestion or daily activity status, all within a tinted color scheme that aligns perfectly with the app’s aesthetic and iOS 18’s refined design.
One of the more convenient features in iOS 18 is the ability to launch apps directly from the Control Center—and Gentler Streak has jumped on board. Users can now add the app to their Control Center for quick and easy access, helping you keep up with your fitness goals with just a tap.
With watchOS 11, Gentler Streak has introduced support for the double-tap gesture, making navigation and closing pop-ups smoother than ever. This intuitive feature adds to the seamless experience of using the app on your Apple Watch, simplifying the way you interact with fitness data.
Building on the app’s earlier major update, Gentler Streak continues to spotlight the benefits of its workout journal. Not only can you track your workout summaries, but you can also personalize them to reflect your fitness journey. Rename titles, add personal notes and photos, adjust perceived exertion, and favorite memorable workouts. This transforms the journal into a powerful tool for learning, reflecting, and creating lasting memories of your progress.
